*OCSL rents City of Ottawa premium fields to members at cost. There is no markup. Teams with premium fields are invoiced $2,500 at the beginning of the season. In August, the league reconciles the cost of field permits a team has used for its home games versus the $2,500 fee. The difference is invoiced or credited accordingly.
